CJ ENM Corrects IZ * ONE Middle In Discussion Phase to Attend KCON 2020 in Japan - CJ ENM responded to the news stating that IZ * ONE will attend KCON 2020 in Japan.
On February 15, a number of news surfaced that IZ * ONE would attend the event. Responding to this news, a source from CJ ENM stated, "We are in the stage of positive discussions with the agency regarding their appearance."
KCON 2020 Japan will be held on April 3 to 5 at Makuhari Messe, Chiba. If IZ * ONE really will attend, this will be their second consecutive year attending KCON in Japan. If their presence is confirmed, they will appear together with ASTRO, Oh My Girl, SF9, EVERGLOW, PENTAGON, The Boyz, LOONA, ONEUS, and TXT.
IZ * ONE is currently in preparation for the release of the debut album "BLOOM * IZ" on February 17th. The album was previously scheduled for release in November 2019, but was forced to be postponed due to the controversy over sound manipulation in the "Produce 101" series. In January, Mnet announced that IZ * ONE would resume activities.
