SM Entertainment Has Revealed Fourth Member Aespa is Named Giselle On October 30th. Fans Highlight Her Pre-Debut Photos That Have Been Circulating Since October 29th.
SM Entertainment has revealed aespa's fourth member named Giselle on October 30th. Fans are highlighting the pre-debut photos that have been circulating since October 29.
It was reported that some of Giselle's photos were shared by her school friends. 20-year-old Giselle recently graduated from the Sacred Heart International School in Tokyo, Japan, and many of her photos appear to be taken from her yearbook.
As well as the photographs from the yearbook, Giselle's quotes have garnered attention. Instead of choosing something inspiring or educational, Giselle chooses the famous Paris Hilton socialite slogan, "That's hot!"

Another (very blurry) photo allegedly shows Giselle cheerfully raising her middle fingers. Judging by her demeanor throughout the photos, fans had already expected Giselle to have a fun and down-to-earth personality.
Many Asian-American K-Pop fans say Giselle gives off a strong Asian girl vibe. This is a stereotype depicting attractive girls of Asian descent with cravings for partying, fashion, makeup, urban street culture and luxury.
Giselle herself was part of the choir for four years. It is said that the owner of the name Aeri Uchinaga has an outstanding alto singing voice and rap skills.
Giselle is Japanese or Korean-Japanese. This makes it the second international member of aespa along with Ningning to come from China. Giselle studied at an international school in Japan, and is therefore believed to be fluent in English as well as Japanese and Korean.
According to reports, he joined SM Entertainment less than a year ago. Although it is said that he trained independently before joining the company, debuting so quickly after becoming a trainee is definitely a miracle.
Meanwhile, aespa has received a lot of support from the international community who are eagerly awaiting their debut. SM will debut them in November.
