The 2020 Asian Film Awards were successfully held on Wednesday (28/10) today. This annual ceremony itself is organized by the Asian Film Awards Academy (AFAA) which was built on a collaboration between the Busan, Tokyo and Hong Kong Film Festival.
This award event will actually be held in Busan, South Korea. However, due to the Corona virus pandemic, the 2020 Asian Film Awards had to be held online and broadcast on the AFAA's official website, the Busan Film Festival and the YouTube channel.
This year, South Korean pride film "Parasite" won four trophies in the categories of Best Film, Best Screenplay, Best Editing and Best Production Design. In addition, top South Korean actor Lee Byung Hun was also named Best Actor for his role in the film "The Man Standing Next". Let's just take a look at the complete list of winners below:
