BLACKPINK (Black Pink) released their most emotional music video with “Lovesick Girls” on October 2nd. Rose drew the most attention because of her great crying acting. It turned out that the reason behind it was unexpected.

Among all the members, Rose arguably has some of the most intense acting scenes. The 1997-born idol must exemplify two moments in his life, one time when he was at the peak of a romantic relationship and one when the relationship shattered to pieces.

Rose's lyrics, however, allude to a failed relationship, "I don't care, I'll do it over and over again. I just need you in my life."

Rose is doing such a great job that fans around the world want her to act even more. Even some fans hope that Rose will debut acting soon.

In the making of the music video that BLACKPINK released on October 3, fans saw that Rose actually cried while filming. Even after the scene ended, he still had trouble catching his breath and holding back his tears.

While sobbing, Rose revealed her reason for crying in the music video. The owner of the name Park Chaeyoung said, "He (the male model in the music video) bought me the wrong color pink."

In the scene, Rose does throw black paint on the wall of the room that has been painted pink. Even though it was probably just a joke, the reason Rose was crying was unexpected to fans.

Meanwhile, "Lovesick Girls" managed to occupy the first position on the iTunes album chart in 57 countries including the United States. The music video also broke the record for being the fastest MV of a Korean girl group to reach 10 million views, which was achieved in just 53 minutes. The previous record was held by "Ice Cream" which achieved 10 million views in 2 hours 55 minutes.
