One of the members, Lee Haeri, recently appeared on the "You Hee Yeol's Sketchbook" program which was broadcast yesterday, Friday (2/14). During the event Lee Haeri revealed the difficulties he faced before his debut.
The melodious voice singer revealed that he had failed to take the university entrance exam many times. He finally applied for an audition at YG Entertainment and made it into the first round. But unfortunately Haeri claimed that he finally failed in the second round.
"I applied to a major in music college but I was rejected twice. I thought I had to make money so I auditioned for YG Entertainment. I was eliminated in the second round," said Lee Haeri.

He later revealed he enrolled in the classical piano major, but dropped out of school because he did not like that major. Haeri was later reunited with his group mate, Kang Min Kyung and finally debuted as Davichi.
"After that I went to classical piano major but I wasn't happy so I dropped out of school. The company connected me to Kang Min Kyung. After we debuted, we performed in many shows, about five to six days. But because it was the beginning of my debut, we didn't get a lot of money, "he said.
