SNSD Sooyoung Remember the Late Sulli After Naver Planning to Delete the Comment Column - Responding to the steps taken by Naver to delete comments, Sooyoung Girls' Generation uploaded a post via Instagram Story as an appreciation for the late Sulli.
According to a release from the Naver Operations Team today, Wednesday (19/2), Naver will temporarily suspend the ability for users to leave comments on articles related to the entertainment industry, in an effort to reduce the malicious comments received by some celebrities.
Naver made this decision because they felt partly responsible for violating the celebrity's personal rights, because their service allowed some users to use the comments section to attack certain celebrities.
In addition, Naver tries to combat the problem of the auto-complete function in the search box. The search box functions similarly to Google, where the engine will automatically suggest search terms related to the word being searched.
In some cases, keywords that violate the artist's personal rights or contain unconfirmed rumors are recommended, because many people search for them. In honor of the artists, Naver decided to delete the related search terms on their platform.
Responding to the steps taken by Naver, Sooyoung Girls' Generation uploaded a post via Instagram Story. The post was in the form of a headline related to Naver's plan to delete the comment column. One of the headlines was written, "Last October, Daum stopped the comment and ranking search features after Sulli's death".
Sulli wrote a caption in her post with a message of appreciation for the late Sulli. "He was like a big wave and became a water breaker," wrote Jung Kyung Ho's lover, hinting at how Sulli had succeeded in making a change. /WOWKEREN.COM
