Super Junior's Heechul revealed the reason why he never denied the rumors he was gay.

In the episode the MCs and panelists discussed the topic of sexual minorities in various countries. Heechul then said, "Some people would already know, but since I debuted I have often been rumored to be gay."
"I also have a 'scandal' with male celebrities. Many rumors say that I'm gay because since I debuted I have long hair and wear colored contact lenses, "he said.
Regarding the reason he never denied the rumor, "At first, I wanted to refute and said that I was not homosexual. However, I feel that if I do that, I am just not respecting the sexual minority. "
