Tuesday (4/7/2020), OSEN media as reported by Koreaboo, said that what was reported by SMCP was not. After checking, the house that was destroyed was found to be Song Joong Ki's private residence, located in Itaewon.
1. Song Hye Kyo never lived there
When Song Joong Ki and Song Hye Kyo were just married, there were many rumors that the house in Itaewon would be shared. But apparently that's not true. Both are said to have never lived there.
"They never lived there together. That is not their marriage house. This is a house that is privately owned by Song Joong Ki," a source told OSEN.

As for the news of demolition of this house, the source said the plan had been around a long time. But it can only be done now.
"We did not get permission to reconstruct the building. I have been to the district office for years to get permission to demolish the house, and recently was allowed to carry out reconstruction. So we demolished it," explained the source again.
