Actress Kang Min Ah, who stole the show thanks to her role as Jukyung's best friend, Choi Soo Ah in the drama True Beauty was confirmed to join JTBC's latest drama titled Beyond Evil.

Kang Min Ah will appear in the drama, starring Yeo Jin Goo and Shin Ha Kyun. Beyond Evil is a psychological thriller drama about two men who chase a serial killer. As they continue to track down the killer, they take a deeper look at the hidden side of the people involved in the case.
Kang Min Ah will be playing Kang Min Jung, a cheerful and honest student in Manyang village whose father owns a local supermarket. The character Kang Min Jung is described as being very close to the character Lee Dong Shik, played by Shin Ha Kyun.
Lee Dong Sik is a former detective who was demoted to being a sergeant at the Manyang police station. He is a suspect in two cases of murder and kidnapping in the past.
Meanwhile Yeo Jin Goo plays Han Joo Won, a highly capable detective who appears to have everything but keeps a hidden secret. He was transferred to the Manyang Police Station and became Lee Dong Shik's co-worker?
