Rain made a comeback with a mini album titled "PIECES of RAIN" and released a single along with a new MV titled "Why Don't We", featuring Chung Ha.
Reporting from NME, Friday (5/3/2021), the 38-year-old singer performed a catchy dance pop song on a futuristic set filled with TV screens, with Chungha joining the second verse. "One, I'm protecting both of us, calm down / It's forever now, just let it go / Just a second, just a moment / Why not, why not?" they sing in the chorus.
Consisting of five songs, "PIECES of RAIN" includes the previous single "Switch to Me" with Park Jin Young as well as "MAGNETIC", which was produced by GOT7's Jackson and also features the artist. Another track is "Come Over," featuring Keita, TAG, and WON of Ciipher, Rain Company's upcoming boy group. "Aurora," the first song on the album, has lyrics entirely written by Rain himself.
