In early February, PD Jung Chul Min, who has directed "Running Man" for more than 10 years, has reportedly resigned from the program. This decision was taken because PD Jung Chul Min wanted to rest and focus on his health.

After doing the last shoot with "Running Man", Jung Chul Min conducted an interview with MK Sports on Tuesday (18/2). On this occasion he discussed various interesting things about his career in "Running Man" and the accident suffered by Lee Kwang Soo.

"I talked to Lee Kwang Soo over the phone before shooting. I think it would be better if he focused on treatment rather than overreacting by participating in the shooting process, because his feet are not in good condition," he said.

"We talked before he went in for surgery and he will rest now after surgery. I plan to call him later and I will visit him after he feels better," he explained.

Regarding his career on "Running Man", PD Jung Chul Min felt that the crew and the cast were like family to him. He was also grateful to be able to join this program for a long time.

"My beginning and end are 'Running Man', so I feel more intimate with him and the players and staff all feel like my family. That is not the last time I will see the members and everyone," he said.

"So I enjoy myself and feel grateful because I ended my time with this program. Maybe because I have directed the show for years, I feel like I have graduated from a school that I have attended for a long time," he explained later.

"I worked hard, but at first when I was assigned to such a large program, I was worried I would cause trouble. I was very worried, but the audience showed so much love and support generously, and because of that I wanted to sincerely thank you. I will work hard so that I can come back with another good program, "he concluded.

Meanwhile, Jung Chul Min's position will be replaced by PD Choi Bo Pil. Previously he had worked on other hit variety shows such as "Healing Camp" and "Fantastic Duo". /wowkeren.com
