Airing, 'The King: Eternal Monarch' Prints the highest rating record


The drama 'The King: Eternal Monarch' finally aired its first episode.

The first episode of the drama, starring Lee Min Ho and Kim Go Eun, aired on SBS on Friday (17/04) yesterday.

According to data from Nielsen Korea, the first episode of the drama 'The King: Eternal Monarch' managed to get an average national rating of 10.1% and 11.4%.

This is the highest rating ever obtained by the first episode of the drama that aired on SBS every Friday and Saturday night.

Previously the highest first episode ratings for the Friday-Saturday drama on SBS were 'The Fiery Priest' at 10.4%, then 'Vagabond' at 10.4% and 'Hyena' at 10.3%.

On the other hand, JTBC's drama 'The World of the Married' still leads with the acquisition of an 18.5% rating, an increase of 0.3% from the previous episode.
