Her label, Re: cielo, explains the photos are from filming for the concert, and Yoochun and other agency staff are following the COVID-19 pandemic guidelines according to Thai regulations.

"After arriving in Thailand on 19 September 2020, all staff and artists underwent self-quarantine for 14 days as recommended by the Ministry of Disease Control and Ministry of Public Health in Thailand, and we are following strict COVID-19 screening in accordance with Thai government guidelines."
The agency continued, "The photos were published on November 2, and were taken during a VTR photo shoot to promote its concert in Thailand. The photoshoot was carried out according to comprehensive quarantine rules as well as prior consultation with officials."
