My Day (DAY6 fans) today Wednesday (10/2/2021) was shocked by the appearance of a photo of DAY6 with a complete lineup of five members. Previously, two members of DAY6, namely Jae and Sungjin had to go on hiatus due to health problems since last May.

Hence, Young K, Wonpil and Dowoon then promoted as the Even of Day subunit for some time. Meanwhile, Jae is still busy with podcasting activities with Dive Studios. Now after all this time DAY6 finally appears in full lineup!

1. Peniel BTOB is almost a member of DAY6
Before becoming a permanent group like now, BTOB's Peniel once said that he should debut with Sungjin and Young K in DAY6. The plan, Peniel will hold the position of guitar player in the band, but canceled. He was a JYP Entertainment trainee and moved to CUBE Entertainment.
2. Previously named 5LIVE
Long before the formation of DAY6, they were formed into an acoustic band called 5LIVE which consisted of Junhyeok, Sungjin, YoungK, Wonpil, and Jae. Finally, producer Park Jin Young decided to change the concept to a band with drum players. Dowoon was chosen to be the drummer and the band's name changed to DAY6.
3. Tickets for the first concert tour were sold out
DAY6 started their first concert tour titled DAY6 1st Live Concert or D-Day on November 20-21 2015 at Yes24 Movie Hall, Seoul. The first concert ticket sold out in just 5 minutes.
4. Entered the 10 best K-Pop album version of Billboard
In 2016, DAY6 was included in the Billboard version of the best album ranks with popular groups, such as BIGBANG and BTS. In fact, at that time DAY6 was still relatively new in the Korean music industry.

The strong bond between DAY6 and My Day was seen when fans sang a part of the song Jae sang when DAY6 appeared on the EBS program. At that time Jae could not attend and the performance was memorable for fans.
6. Producing your own songs
Most of DAY6's songs are made by the members themselves. Songs that have been written by them, such as Congratulations, Letting Go, I Wait, Hurt Road, and many others.
7.Young K's Instagram name problem
This funny incident started with Young K who asked My Day for advice on choosing an account name for his Instagram. Instead of getting help, the fans just idly created an Instagram account name that was exactly the choice Young K had suggested. As a result, Young K also changed his Instagram name three times. Starting from @youngkgram it changed to @youngkyounghyunbriankang and finally @gram_gram_gram_gram_gram at that time so that no fans would imitate the name of his Instagram account. (aay / aay)
