BLACKPINK's Rose Becomes the First Female K-Pop Soloist to Enter the UK's Official Music Charts

Yesterday, Friday (19/3) local time, Official Charts UK announced that Rosé's solo debut song "On The Ground" has entered the Official Singles Chart at No. 43 for the week of March 19 to March 25. With this historic chart debut, Rose has become the first female K-pop soloist to ever enter the Official Singles Chart.

The Official Singles Chart itself is a chart that ranks the most popular songs in the United Kingdom. (The Official Charts are often considered the UK equivalent of the US Billboard charts.) BLACKPINK previously made history as the first K-pop girl group to enter the Official Charts.
